Both the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia have issued new practice directions broadening the scope its operations to deal with matters previously adjourned, ongoing cases already filed with the courts, and urgent applications.

There are many practice directives and both courts are attempting to revise each practice direction that is issued to avoid confusion. The courts will continue to broaden its access to the court in modified ways in this unprecedented time. Check the practice directions of each court daily.
